Philosophy & Architecture
Climate-Responsive Tropical Design
The architectural language of Anantara responds directly to Bangalore's unique climate. Deep cantilevered slabs, recessed balconies, and staggered planes provide essential passive shading and cross-ventilation. Greenery is not treated as an afterthought but is woven directly into the building's structural DNA. From the subtle water body at the arrival court to the stacked, heavily planted balconies featuring native areca palms and banana plants, the design blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor living.
